Update of instructions for installing V-Play in Ubuntu 17.10

Hi,
I just wanted to say that when installing V-Play in Ubuntu 17.10 i could not install libglib2.0-dev(it wasn’t present in the repository ) so tried without it and it seems to work fine.
What are that package used for? If it isn’t needed when maybe this page should be updated=)?
Please help.
